Garland Medical District Plan - Final
The Medical District Area Plan, anchored by the VA Medical Center, advances goals for redevelopment and revitalization to create a cohesive medical campus. The Plan identifies opportunities for an enhanced quality of place through improvements to commercial uses; and pedestrian and trail improvements benefiting the larger community.

Impact Fee Study
The Garland City Council adopted an updated impact fee ordinance on December 6, 2016. The effective date of the new impact fees is March 1, 2017.

The South Garland Avenue Catalyst Area Plan has been initiated to study the corridor between Miller Road and the Garland City limits.
